in Batavia,
NY on a
shoot for
the PBS show
Bizkid$.
The crew was
assigned to
film a
profile of a
young
entrepreneur
who bought a
local ice
cream shop.
Besides the
typical well
lit
interviews,
Director of
Photography
Dave
Bartlett
used the
GoPro HD
camera to
get some
unique shots
including
from the ice
cream scoop
perspective
(the scoop
cam) and
from the
inside of a
bin of
chocolate
ice cream
(OK, this
angle looked
more like an
episide of
Dirty Jobs
with Mike
Rowe..) The
story will
run in early
2012.
