December 2010 - BTV Crews were hired by a Fort Lauderdale, FL company to document the meeting of an ADT customer service rep and a customer who's house she's credited with saving.  A Minnesota woman, who's home was monitored by ADT, was able to meet the rep that handled the fire detected by the ADT system.  ADT has a large call center in Rochester, NY, one of 8 in the country.  The footage will be used for future promotional purposes by ADT, and within the company.  See local news coverage here:
